Well..... I haven't updated in forever!
Just shows how my imagination is totally shot to hell right now. I just don't know what's wrong with me.
I used to have SUCH a great imagination when I was younger, and now... I barely have 1 a year. WTH??
Sigh... well, I'm forcing myself to draw something for our sun room.
Going to take freakin forever, but I gotta do something. I'm letting my talent waste away and I just can't have that happen.
I used to always strive to get better, and well.. I need that again. I can't let myself regress back... need to move forward even if it's a small baby step at a time.

Ok so closing isn't happening on the 1st. I dunno what these people are smoking, but they definitely aren't talking with eachother let-alone us.

But our realtor finally got in touch w/ one of theirs and got a definite closing date on the 8th as we were hoping to get b/c it coincides w/ when fiance is off of work. And the first walkthrough is going to be on the 1st.

So yeah... that is going ok.

Now just to get this damn wedding crap over and done with. GOD I HATE WEDDINGS

Since we offered on the house, we've been waiting to hear back from the sellers on when the closing date is going to be.
Today, fiance gets a call from our realtor and apparently, closing is going to be on Aug 1st!!

WTH? They were supposed to tell us at least 2 weeks before closing!
This only gives fiance next week to try to get everything in order so we can close on the 1st. It's exciting but the seller is being a bit of an ass as well.
Fiance hasn't even done the 1st walkthrough with them. They say it's only going to take about an hour and that fiance shouldn't have any trouble taking the time off. Well his job doesn't work that way. He's a pharmacist at the VA... aka he works for the government, and he can't just go and take off time all willy-nilly like that.
I'm sure there's not gonna be any problems, but that's not even the point.

And THEN... fiance is having trouble getting in touch with our loan officer. Freaking idiots never want to pick up their damn phones. It's not some shady place, we're getting the loan from a bank. I mean come on, do your GD job! Seriously.. WTH is the point of telling someone to call, and then you don't even pick up!?!


But anyway... next week is gonna either go by reeeeeaaaallly slow, or reaaaaaally fast.Either way... we could be moving in to our new home next Friday if everything works out. Woot!
It's exciting but still stressful..... I'm excited to move, but really nervous about it as well.

Since we've been looking for a house, I like checking the local MLS for new listings just to see what's on the market. And last night, guess which home came back on the market?

The home we first offered on, the home we offered on AGAIN but was once again rejected.
The shady skanks home is back for sale. HA! That's what she gets for being a moron!!

Hell, if she had just accepted out 2nd offer, we could've been in that house already, but noooooooo, she wanted to be a skeazy ho so screw her and that damn house!
I shouldn't be obsessing over it since we found another home, but I just can't help it lol.
I just want to know so badly why her home hasn't sold yet. She's had FOUR contracts on it and none of them have come through. Sounds very fishy to me.

Anyway... I wouldn't bat an eye if that house burned down! Actually no... then she would probably get insurance money. No... I hope it stays on the market for forever. That way she'll have to either keep making the mortgage payments or will have to go foreclose it. *nodnod*

I swear I don't want the wedding ceremony!!!!
I want to be married, but the ceremony is such a waste of freaking money!!
But nooooooo fiance wants it and wants to F-ing charge it all. I don't want to go into married life with a ton of unnecessary debt, but he just can't get that through his damn head and it's frustrating as hell.
We're already going to have a TON of debt from buying this house, buying furniture, getting a fence for the backyard, and all of the other misc things that we're going to need.

I try to reason with him... telling him we should just have a party or something for our 1st anniversy instead. But he's acting like a girl on this one. He wants that ceremony, but the thing is, he's making ME pick a place.
Uh HELLO... I DON'T WANT A WEDDING SO WHY DO I HAVE TO PICK THE DAMN PLACE WE HAVE IT????

I feel like bashing my head in to a brick wall.

So yeah... needless to say..... I'm not drawing jackcrap at the moment. I was starting to calm down from the whole house thing going on, but now, I'm right back where I was before.
How can so much stress be produced by just a single event happening in your life. Hell I know.. all the GD money you gotta spend for said event. Worthless, most pointless piece of crap money-sink EVER
